ASK Property and India Sotheby’s International Realty Launch ₹1,000 Crore Fund for Luxury Housing

ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty have partnered to introduce a ₹1,000-crore equity fund aimed at investing in luxury residential projects across India.

In a joint statement, the companies announced the launch of ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund, described as India’s first luxury real estate investment platform. The initiative represents a strategic collaboration between ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty.

ASK Property Fund operates as the real estate private equity arm of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group. The newly launched fund is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012.

The fund aims to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns for investors by investing in premium residential projects across top-tier cities, holiday homes, and second-home markets, including religious destinations.

Fundraising and Target Investors

The fund will source third-party capital from both institutional and individual investors under SEBI guidelines. This includes family offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), insurance companies, pension funds, banks, financial institutions, sovereign funds, and other institutional investors.

Since its inception in 2009, ASK Property Fund has raised approximately ₹7,200 crore, attracting investments from family offices, UHNIs, HNIs, and institutions.
